Using this website
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes and to make genuine enquiries and bookings. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.
Bookings, rates & payment
Prices shown are indicative and confirmed at the time of booking. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us. We may decline or cancel a booking where details are incomplete or where required payment is not received.
Programmes and stays are subject to availability. Where a stay is arranged with a hospital, case manager or insurer, specific terms agreed with that partner may also apply.
Wellness & medical disclaimer
Nirvana Retreat is a nature-based wellness and recovery retreat, not a licensed medical or nursing facility. Our programmes are designed to complement — not replace — care directed by your medical team. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Always consult your doctor before, during and after a recovery stay, and tell us about relevant conditions so we can plan your stay safely.
Conduct during your stay
Guests are expected to act considerately toward other guests, staff, animals and the environment. We may end a stay, without refund, in cases of serious misconduct or risk to safety.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Intellectual property
The content, branding and design of this site belong to Nirvana Retreat and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
